Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash the rice and drain the water and keep aside. Now in deep frying pan heat the oil and fry the paneer till golden brown.
* Step 2
Now in a kadahai or cooker heat the ghee now add cumin seeds, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, green chilli and bay leaf and wait for few seconds.
* Step 3
Now add onion, carrot and peas and saute for 2-3 minutes. Now add tomatoes and 1/4 tsp of salt. Mix well.
* Step 4
Now add rice mix well. Now add paneer, sugar and salt mix it well and add water as required and cover with lid and cook it till the all water absorb and the rice cooked nicely. Your paneer pulav is ready. Serve it with tadka and enjoy.
