Use-up Vegetable Chunky Broth
The weather having turned cool and damp and with a fresh greengrocer’s delivery tomorrow, a Waste Not, Want Not broth appealed. Very similar to my soups but leaving the vegetables in chunks gives a different dimension. It looks like, well like all such broths, but it’s both tasty and very nourishing.#WastenotWantnot
