Egg & Anchovy Light Nibble

Whilst we both love proper amuse-bouches, sometimes you just want something from the cupboard that is tasty but quick and easy before supper. This is hardly cooking but is offered as an example of what can be put together in minutes, almost seconds. Multiply the ingredients if you want more! Most of the time is spent waiting for the egg to hard-boil: that can be occurring whilst you are doing something else!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put a half-egg on each half-slice of toast. Drape 3 anchovy fillets over each half-egg. Eat.
