Sangria Chicken For A Crowd !

Yummy 😋 and great for a potluck or to take to a bbq !

Ingredient

1 package (3 lbs)

baby carrots

1 bottle (750 ml)

Red Sangria

1/8 teaspoon

black pepper

1/8 teaspoon

crushed red pepper

1/8 teaspoon

salt

6 cloves

garlic, minced

1 tablespoon

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs, then place thighs into a large baking pan…….

Place your cut up baby Bella mushrooms, baby carrots, onions and peppers all around chicken thighs…….

In a large bowl combine your sangria, black pepper, crushed red pepper, salt, minced garlic and olive oil, stir well, then pour over chicken thighs and veggies……..

Place baking pan, covered, into refrigerator and marinate for about 1~2 hours……..

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and bake chicken thighs, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours, basting and stirring occasionally, then raise heat to 500 degrees and bake, covered, for 45 minutes ……..

Uncover chicken, then serve and enjoy 😉!
