Crock Pot Girl π€‘Mushrooms π in White Wine π·
Yummy π! Great to top over any meats or maybe a slice of pizza π!!
Ingredient
2 packs
sliced mushrooms π, cleaned
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1 tablespoon
margarine
6 cloves
garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
black pepper
1/2 cup
white wine
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large skillet heat your olive oil and margarine, then add your sliced mushrooms and sautΓ© for several minutes.......
* Step 2
Add in your onion, minced garlic, salt and pepper, sautΓ© until onions are tender....
* Step 3
Next add in your white wine and boil veggies until white wine has reduced by more than half.....
* Step 4
Serve on top of pizza or your choice of meat and enjoy π! I served mine on top of pork tenderloin !!! π€©
