Pasta In Healthy White Sauce

Pasta in a healthy white sauce is a dish made by cooking pasta in the healthy white sauce. The sauce is made with whole wheat flour, olive oil, low-fat milk and bottle gourd puree. It can be enjoyed without guilt.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat olive oil in a pan.Add the cooked pasta. Add oregano, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.

* Step 2

Add the white sauce. (if the sauce is too thick add little milk)

* Step 3

Mix it well and let it simmer for 2 minutes. (at this stage to make it richer you can add 2 tbsp cream or grated cheese)

* Step 4

The healthy white sauce pasta is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
