Anti-pasto skewers
I was asked to bring finger foods to a party, thought this would be fun. This is also something you can play around with.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain & run under cold water. Place in a bowl with Italian dressing and let marinate in fridge for 2 hours. Get all your ingredients together and start assembling your skewers. The fun part is you can customize. I did a few with out tomatoes and a few with out artichokes. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
