Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak borghol in water for 5 mins then strain well.

* Step 2

Peel the onion and finely grind with salt, basil, and pepper.

* Step 3

Add the onion mix to the borghol, rab with your hands till its softens. Add the flour, knead well into a dough.

* Step 4

Form small balls from the dough then leave them on a tray for almost 2 hours or until they have dried.

* Step 5

In a cooking pot, pour water and oil bring to boil.

* Step 6

Add garlic mix, stir. Pour in serving dishes garnished with olive oil and serve.

* Step 7

Préparation of kibbet rahib in a tray: boil the potato till well done, peel and smash

* Step 8

Spread  a layer of kibbe dough on top of the filling, rub your hands with olive oil, and smooth the kibbe very well.

* Step 12

Using a  knife.  Segment the spread layer of kibbe dough, pour the oil, sprinkle the rest of sesame, then bake in the oven on medium heat till it has turned a golden color.

Served hot
