Shukto

#goldenapron Post 6 , 08.04.19 #indiankitchen Best of Bengal, I tried to detail the traditional process of making Shukto, during get together, kitty party ....."Bongs" treat their friends with Shukto as a special dish , it's a mixed vegetarian dish , comprising of several veggies inclusive of Bitter gourd , Brinjal, Raw banana, potato, sweet potato, Drumstick, white radish, broad beans. One exclusive spice that many Bengalis prefer to use while preparing it, which is known as 'Radhuni', and the same should also be used. Here I got this spice from one of the Bangali shop and ask any of your Bengali friend to help find the same.
