Omushenye with ingoho and seveve

A western KE delicacy Can be a starter, main meal, side dish or even dessert... 🤣🤣🤣 i enjoy it occasionally.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

50 minutes
2 tbsp

margarine

1 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, chop and wash the sweet potatoes. Boil them till tender

* Step 2

In another saucepan, saute the onions then add in the beans and half the milk, cover and let simmer for 2 - 3 minutes. Season.

* Step 3

Remove from heat then add in the sweet potatoes and mix.

Mash the sweet potatoes completely, adding in milk little by little till you get your preferred texture. Add in the margarine and mix.

Serve and enjoy
