Fresh Garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate the zucchini, carrot and potato. finely chop the onions and dhania.

Add the grated veges into a mixing bowl and add salt. give it a good mix. cover and let sit for about 5 minutes

In another mixing bowl, grate in your cheese, add the flour, cheese, cumin, garlic. mix and set aside

Strain the veggies so as to drain almost all of the water. press them to squeeze off any remaining water. add them into a clean bowl and add the chopped dhania and onions, and the flour mixture and the egg. use hands to knead into a dough.

Oil your hands and scoop the dough forming equal patties, 1/2 centimeter thick, place them, on a greased oven tray. let sit for at least 10 minutes

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celcius, bake your patties for 45 minutes, flipping them at the 30th minute. remove and brush with some oil.
