Smoked fish stew

I liked it. Very tasty indeed...though it takes long in the sufuria.

Ingredient

2 cloves

garlic

1 litre

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Have your smoked fish ready

Place the pice of fish in a pressure cooker then add the water, seasonings and the vegetables

Cover and let cook on medium heat for 40 - 50 minutes.
