Cooking instructions
* Step 1
1. Wash the peas and boil.
* Step 2
2. Prepare the peppers, carrots, tomatoes, garlic onion and zucchini by dicing them, mix together with the peas in a bowl then set aside.
* Step 3
4. Prepare the dough, mix it well with baking powder, salt then cover it with a damp cloth. Place it aside and allow to proof.
* Step 4
6. In a sauce pan, sweat the onions, add the vegetable mixture with the peas and toss for a while then remove from heat and allow to cool.
* Step 5
7. Roll up the dough, round place the vegetables in the centre and roll upwards to make a flower top.
* Step 6
8. Prepare the baking tin and place the dough in it then brush with some egg.
* Step 7
9. Prepare the oven and bake at 120 degrees for it to cook well for 20 minutes
