Mushroom stroganoff
Quick and super easy veggie version of the classic Stroganoff. Make it vegan by skipping the cream and use oil instead of butter
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start by chopping up the mushrooms and the onions. Add butter to a pan and cook onions until soft. Add mushrooms and mix well so that they all get coated in the butter
* Step 2
Cook until soft and add the paprika and a bit of salt.
* Step 3
Add the stock and cook for 8-10 minutes.
* Step 4
When cooked add the cream and the parsley and leave to warm for another couple of minutes. Serve with rice
