Rainbow eggs

I know these look ugly but they are really tasty trust me! We invented these when I was a child and my mum would let us play around in the kitchen. We called them rainbow eggs because of all the colours and because it’s nicer then whatever-you-have -in-the-fridge-eggs

Ingredient

Handful

Vegs/meat

2 teaspoon

butter

2 spoons

tomato sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Handful of whatever you would like to put in an omelette - here I have mushrooms and red onions cooking with butter

When cooked add the eggs and the blobs of tomato sauce

Mix whilst cooking and done!
