ScainSausage Potato Foil Packs
I didn’t feel like cooking, and so this happened. And man!! It was delicious.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 325.
* Step 2
I made 2 foil packs, so divide accordingly. Add everything into your foil boat and wrap up. Pop in the oven for 1 hr and 20 min. That’s it!
* Step 3
I served alongside some sauerkraut with caramelized onions.
