tomato sauce

1 cup

catsup

1/4 tsp

nutmeg

1 tsp

sea salt

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

in a large skillet,brown the ground beef.add onion,and cook for 5 MIN.drain.

in a large saucepan,cook,water,catsup,tomato sauce,nutmeg,cloves,chili powder,salt,and pepper.bring to a rolling boil.

add your meat,and pumpkin.simmer for 20 MIN.
