My Summer Minestrone

A Nice and Bright Dish to use your Farden vegatables.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add olive oil to pot hear for a minute add carrots and Broccoli saute for 4 mins add garlic

* Step 2

Add Meatballs, add chicken broth cook for 15 minutes

* Step 3

Add sliced Squash and Spinach and Dutalini an water, simmer for another 20 minutes

* Step 4

Once carrots are cooked through add parnesan cheese and serve with favorite garlic sticks
