Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash poha two to three times and drain water and keep aside and add in that haldi powder 1)2 TSP and lemon squeeze it
* Step 2
Then take e pan add oil once heat add mustard curry and then green chilli and oniksnand mix saute for 5 minutes then add potatoes and fry till it becomes soft then add poha And salt and mix and cook for 4 minutes and garnish with coriander and mixture
