it's an Indian style pizza base

Ingredient

SOOJI

cup curd

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First mix SOOJI with curd and add salt and water and make a thick batter and keep it aside for 10 minutes then add baking soda after then minutes rest

* Step 2

Now take a pan add oil and pour two spoons of batter and cover it with lid SOOJI base starts to make pores and swells and then open lid and flap it on another side then cover lid again and switch of after a minute SOOJI base is ready

* Step 3

Can paste tomato sauce on top or can sprinkle veggies and serve it
