Carrot rice

It's a very helathy dish and good for digestion especially for kids

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 persons

Cooking time :

20 minutes
4 tsp

Oil olive

1 strand

curry leaves

1 TSP

urad dal

1 tsp

chana dal

Pinch

turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash rice and soak for 30 minutes and cook and keep it a aide

* Step 2

Then switch on gas put pan add olive oil once heat add urad chana Dal mustard Cumin seeds

* Step 3

Once splutter add curry leaves and ginger and saute it all

* Step 4

Then add chopped onions and saute for about 4inutes

* Step 5

Add salt then add roasted cashews and mix then grated carrots and mix all and cook for 6-7 minutes then add boiled rice and mix all for 3 minutes

Swtich off and sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves and it's ready to eat
