Egg onion roast
It's our family favourite recipe :) if they want something using egg ;)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash and boil the eggs for 10 minutes
* Step 2
Take out she'll add oil in a pan and stiwch on gas and add 3 tsp oil and make cut on the egg and cut as per ur choice and once oil heatsup add salt turmeric red chilli powder and add boiled eggs mix well and keep frying
* Step 3
Roast all the eggs pfully and keep it a side
* Step 4
Then in the pan add 2 tsp oil and ginger garlic paste and fry add onions fry it continuesly
* Step 5
Then after 15 minutes of frying add salt coriander eggmasla powders and mix well and add fenugreek powder chilies power turmeric powder andix well and then add black pepper Powder and mix well and roast the onions and add roasted eggs and add coriander leaves and mix for 2 minutes and off the stove and close it with a lid for 2 minutes and ready to eat

Serve hot with steam rice or chapaties
