Cabbage Raita

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pressure cooker add cabbage little salt and water and cook for 1 whistle.

* Step 2

Once cool down remove the lid and drain the cabbage.(To remove excess water)

* Step 3

Take curd whisk well add the above ingredients into tempering and mix well.

* Step 4

Now add boiled cabbage into the mixture.

* Step 5

Garnish with coriander.

* Step 6

Serve with rice or rotis.
