Til and peanut chikki

This chikki melts easily in mouth. Superb taste and quickly made. Just 3 main ingredients and it's done.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add til roast until it turns aromatic. In the the same pan add peanuts roast a little and keep aside.
* Step 2
Let the peanuts cool a little then ground coarsely.
* Step 3
In same pan add ghee then add the jaggery.
* Step 4
Keep stirring until it melts. Cook for 4-5 mins. Add little jaggery in water if breaks with a crunch sound it's done. Do not over cook else it will not taste good.
* Step 5
Switch off the flame. Now add the til and peanuts. Mix well. Grease a thali and invert the mixture. Roll nicely with a rolling pin. Be careful not to burn your hands. Super crunchy, melt in mouth chikki is ready to enjoy.
