Soups are my family's favorite.As winter is approaching, so are their demands for piping hot soups. This is a very easy and simple soup recipe in my way. Let's get started.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add tomatoes, cut into cubes, add chilli and little salt, 1 cup water and allow to boil for 2-3 mins. Once they turn soft, cool it.
* Step 2
Now blend well, strain and keep the pulp aside.
* Step 3
Now take a pan, add oil then add finely chopped garlic saute for few seconds then add onion, coriander stem finely chopped. Then add carrot and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add the juice we extracted before. Give 1-2 vigorous boils.
* Step 5
Now add salt, pepper, oregano and let it boil for couple of seconds.
* Step 6
Add dash sugar to neutralise or balance the taste.
* Step 7
Garnish with coriander leaves and slurppppp! Hot!
