Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak poha

* Step 2

Heat oil and saute vegetables in it for 2 to 3 minutes at medium flame.

* Step 3

Now add salt, red chilli powder and maggi masala (mix it well)

* Step 4

Now add poha and sugar.

* Step 5

Put it on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes and add tomato sauce and leaves or coriander.

* Step 6

Garnish with Bhujiya and nuts. It is ready to eat.
