Chana dal

1/2 cup

Moong dal

1/2 cup

Urad dal

1/4 cup

Moong mogar

2 tbsp

Oil

to taste

Salt

as needed

curry leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak all the dals 2 to 3 hours... After this add green chilli curry leaves and prepare a batter

* Step 2

Take a padu pan add oil and place the batter in it now fry it at both the sides

* Step 3

Padu is ready serve it with any type of chutney
