Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a deep pan put desi ghee add jeera,cardamom,tej patta and crackle it now add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste sauté it for a few minutes

* Step 2

Now add all chopped veggies,curd,mint, coriander leaves,put all spices and mix it together nicely

* Step 3

Now add soaked rice,water and cook for one whistle and after few minutes switch off the flame. Ur yummy delicious veg biryani ready to serve with curd, mint chutney
