All purpose flour
1 cup
sugar
1 cup
curd
1/2 cup
oil/butter
1 tbsp
fruit essence
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 cup
fresh fruits
1 cup
whipped cream
2 drops
yellow colour
4 tbsp
sugar syrup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven firstly beat oil /butter,sugar well now add curd mix it
* Step 2
Sieve together maida baking powder,baking soda now add maida mixture into the oil mixture in steps
* Step 3
Grease the cake mould pour the cake mixture in it's and bake for 30 to 40 minutes
* Step 4
After baking rest for 3-4 hours,cut the cake and soak the cake with sugar syrup /flavoured juice
* Step 5
Apply cream and further put fruit pieces on the layer
* Step 6
Put the second layer and repeat the process apply cream both sides put fruits on top decorate with colour whipped cream
