Grilled Paneer and Greens in Tahini Dressing

This paneer and green salad is simply dressed with a sesame tahini and lemon juice dressing, and tossed with crunchy snow peas and peas. Super yum and healthy started

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and slice the cucumbers lengthwise.
* Step 2
Blanch the snow peas and green peas.
* Step 3
Cut the paneer into small cubes and pan grill them.
* Step 4
Make the dressing: In a large bowl, mix the tahini, lemon juice, zest, salt and warm water until combined.
* Step 5
Toss cucumbers with dressing: Add the greens to the bowl with the dressing and gently toss to combine well. Serve cool.
