Banana Chocolatie Mousse

Ingredient

sugar

1 tablespoon

instant coffee

1 tbsp

flax seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take the whipping cream, add the sugar and with the help of electric hand mixer beat the cream to a consistency that it barely holds mounds.

* Step 2

Peel the bananas and mash them finely with a fork until it becomes nice mushy.

* Step 3

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave, until the chocolate is completely melted and has a smooth consistency. Allow the melted chocolate to cool.

* Step 4

Add the cooled melted chocolate, the banana mash and the instant coffee to the whipped cream and fold it together. Don’t over-mix as you may lose the incorporated air.

* Step 5

Divide the banana chocolate mousse over 4 dessert bowls. Place the bowls in the refrigerator to cool them down completely.

* Step 6

Chop Banana, decorate it with some flax seeds, chocolate chips as eye and cherry as lips.
