Jackfruit Stirfry

coconut oil

Cooking instructions

Chop the raw jackfruit to bite size

In a pan, add oil and mustard. When the mustard crackle, add the chopped onions, curry leaves, chopped dried chillies and saute for 1 minute. Now add the chopped jackfruit, salt and coconut and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Tada you delicious snack is ready in jiffy.
