Banana Berry boat

#winterfruits A creamy peanut butter-and- crunchy cornflakes in this recipe turn Plantains / banana into an extraordinary treat. This is very good for Breakfast and after a gym workout. Banana / Plantains are available throughout the year and Berry being the winter fruit makes it deadly nutritious.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

8 minutes
2 tablespoons

Peanut butter

2 tablespoons

flaked coconut

2 tablespoon

cornflakes

1 tbsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slit the plantains to length wise half

* Step 2

In a small skillet, add ghee and saute the plantains on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each, until it's golden colour. Let is caramelize. Remove from heat and set aside.

* Step 3

Place each piece cut side up and Spread Peanut butter on top of the Plantain. Sprinkle evenly the coconut flakes and cornflakes. Garnish with Blackberries.

* Step 4

Yummy delicious breakfast in a jiffy is ready
