Baked Cheesy Palak Parcels

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven 200ºC.
Add butter in maida and knead a soft dough.
* Step 2
Shredded spinach and chop the onion. Chop the garlic clove as well and set aside.
* Step 3
In a pan, on medium heat, heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic till they turn slightly golden-brown (about one minute).
* Step 4
Add in the spinach into the pan. Cook till the water from the spinach evaporates.
* Step 5
Add paneer,crushed walnut and raisins Keep stirring the spinach so it doesn't burn. This should roughly take about-face 7 - 8 minutes.
* Step 6
Once done, remove from heat and let it cool. Add the cheese to this spinach mixture.mix well
* Step 7
Make small balls and roll thin chapati. Cut into rounds with the help of cooking cutter or cover of any bottle.
* Step 8
Apply oil or water to all sides. Place about 1½ tablespoons of the spinach-cheese mixture on one end of the sheet and keep folding it into Parcels till the end. Seal the end with olive oil or water.
* Step 9
Lightly oil a baking tray. Brush milk on to each parcel and place on the tray. Bake for about 15-20 minutes - or until they turn golden brown
* Step 10
Serve with chutney or sauce
