Stuffed tomatoes with twist
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut tomatoes on the top.. squeeze out the inner portion of tomatoes. keep it upside down.
* Step 2
Make the paste besan adding little water.add salt cummin seeds and red chilli into the batter. it is like pakoras batter.keep aside
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan add cumminseeds when cracked add all the dry masalas,green chilli coriander leaves.saute it for minute. add boiled potatoes and pulp of tomato fry it till dry. switch off the gas. add bhujiya and mix well
* Step 4
Fill the mixture into the tomatoes.
* Step 5
And deep fry it on medium heat.so that tomato skin become soft
* Step 6
Cut it into halves and serve hot
