#Dussehra This is Arabian sweet here I give it Indian touch easy and tasty to eat best to eat on dussehra

Ingredient

1 cup

Sevaiya

1/2 cup

Sugar

1/4 cup

Milk

1/2 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat desi ghee add Sevaiya roast it.add milk and sugar boil till all milk dry not over cook just Sevaiya tender.leave aside

* Step 2

Heat pan,add condensed milk and cheese. Fry for a minute if ricotta cheese is used then skip this.

* Step 3

Syrup: add sugar and water make syrup. It is not very thick or thin.

* Step 4

Now assemble it. grease baking dish with water mix with colour.take half Sevaiya and press it. Pour ricotta cheese on top. Sprinkle dry fruit on it.cover with other half Sevaiya

* Step 5

Bake it for 15-2 minutes or till it become brown on top at 180c

* Step 6

When cool transfer it into plate.pour sugar syrup on it.turn other side and pour left syrup on it.garnish almond on top serve....
