Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk cheese, parsley, pepper and 1 teaspoon salt. Cover and chill.

* Step 2

Mash leftover rice add into the cheesy mixture.add boil

* Step 3

Make a thin paste of cornflour.if u eat egg then use eggs

* Step 4

Pour breadcrumbs into a pile on one end of a cutting board. Dampen hands and roll rice mixture into 2.5cm balls, then dip in cornflour and coat each one with breadcrumb.

* Step 5

Add one small piece of cheese and then make balls if u like

* Step 6

In a small, deep frying pan, heat oil.Fry rice balls 6 at a time, turning often to ensure and serve warm
