Baking soda

1 cup

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast oats for one minute and grind it to make smooth powder. Add paneer baking soda and milk powder in oats powder.

* Step 2

Mix it well.if needed to add little milk to make it likechapti dough. Make small balla.

* Step 3

Make chasni with sugar with water

* Step 4

Heat oil in a pan fry the balls on slow heat

* Step 5

Dip gulbjamun in sugar syrup till become soft

* Step 6

Eat hot Gulabjamun
