Barley soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I used Pearl barley it is processed barley easily available.Soak barley for 3-4 hours.
* Step 2
Heat oil in pressure cooker.add ginger garlic paste
* Step 3
Saute until brown add onion and saute it for 2-3 minutes.add tomatoes paste and dry masalas and fry
* Step 4
Cover it till tomatoes become soft.Now add barely and water and pressure it for 2-3 whistle or till it is done
* Step 5
When steam is out open it and mix well. add lemon juice and mint mix again.
