Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add wheat flour,curd,salt and little water in a bowl and mix it very well.Now add some more water and make a smooth batter like dosa.Keep aside for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
After that add all vegetables and mix it.Now add coriander, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste in it.Mix it very well.
* Step 3
Now heat 1/2 tsp oil in a fry pan/ non stick tawa.spread better in round shape on low flame.After that cook it from both sides on medium flame.Make all chillas.Now grate paneer on chilla and roll it.
