Coconut flour tortillas
Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring u know.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients
* Step 2
Add in the water and mix until u get a soft dough
* Step 3
Make into balls and roll between parchment paper
* Step 4
Peel off the top piece of parchment paper and use a lid or sumthn round to make it into a circle shape
* Step 5
Flip over the rolled tortilla on the s heated pan and peel off the other parchment paper
* Step 6
Cook 2-3 mins on both sides
* Step 7
Tadaa ur coconut tortilla/flatbread is ready enjoy it with fillings of choice
* Step 8
Enjoyed mine with shredded chicken,carrots, cabbage and a Greek yoghurt dressing. So healthy yummy and filling
