Antipasti, Spinach and Avocado Salad with Dijon Dressing

Again, looking for something tasty to eat on Keto that doesn't involve meat.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Self Explanatory

* Step 2

Mix all the chopped ingredients together except Oils and Dijon

* Step 3

Mix the Oils and Dijon with a little water to form a dressing

* Step 4

Toss dressing into salad and enjoy!

* Step 5

When buying the Anti-pasti, be sure to check the ingredients and make sure they don't have added sugar. If you're in the UK, Morrisons brand are good but Tesco tends to have added sugar. Shop around.
