Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan dry roast sesame seeds taking care not to burn. Otherwise it will taste bitter. Keep aside to cool. When cool coarsely grind it.

In the same pan dry roast Wheat flour, semolina, Gramflour on slow flame stirring all the time.

* Step 3

When it changes colour slightly, off the flame. Add in grinded sesame,nuts and clariefied butter and mix. Put on the gas flame again and cook for a minute or two. Off the gas and let it cool.

* Step 4

Then add jaggery sugar and mix well. Sesame Panjiri is ready to eat.Keep it in an air tight container.
