It is a delicious barfi easy to make, made with jaggery ,Peanuts and garnished with Sesame
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Corasely grind peanuts and keep aside.Chop or crush jaggery into small pieces.Grease a tray or bowl.
* Step 2
In a pan heat ghee.Add jaggery and keep stirring on low to medium heat till it melts.
* Step 3
Add grinded peanuts to the melted jaggery and mix. Don't cook for long, (otherwise it will get hard after cooling).Remove the mixture quickly into a greased tray or bowl.Spread, smoothen it with the spatula.Sprinkle Sesame seeds over it.
* Step 4
Let it set for 5 minutes and then With a knife cut into pieces, but remove the pieces after 15- 30 minutes when it is completely cool or it might break. Peanut pak is ready to serve.
