Chicken Sweet Corn Soup

#nonveg soup Post 1 The all time favorite soup.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the ingredients for chicken stock in pressure cooker. After 1 whistle,slow the flame and cook for 10 minutes.Off the gas.

* Step 2

After pressure is released from the cooker, strain the stock using a seive.

* Step 3

Boil this stock in a vessel adding sweet corn.After some time add milk pepper powder Ajinomotto sugar and salt.

* Step 4

Lower the flame,now add cornflour mixed with a little water to the soup stirring continuously.

* Step 5

On a high flame add beaten egg to the soup mixing well and off the gas.

* Step 6

Shred the strained boiled chicken.Put the soup in a serving bowl and top it with shredded chicken pieces.

* Step 7

Serve the soup hot.On the side vinegar with chopped green chillies can be served.
