Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For puri Take a large bowl add semolina,wheat flour,asafoetida and salt and mix well. Add little by little water to make a dough. Cover this dough with muslin cloth and keep aside for 30 mins. Roll out the dough.

* Step 2

With the help of bottle cap cut the roll out dough in a round shape. Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry the golgappa on a low flame till golden brown and crispy. Drain in paper napkin.

* Step 3

Take puri and arrange puri/golgappa on the plate. Make a whole in the centre of the puri. Mix potatoes,green chilli and onion and fill into the puri' Add tamarind sweet chutney and mint leaves chutney into the puri.

* Step 4

Beat the thick curd and add 2 tbsp sugar and mix it well and add in the puri. Sprinkle red chilli powder,jaljeera powder and black salt one by one on the puris

Sprinkle red chilli powder,jaljeera powder and black salt one by one on the puris Garnish with coriander leave and nylon sev.
