Chocolate sponge cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil one and 1/4 ltr milk on the gas.
When it boiled switch off the gas.
Add vinegar and cover the milk.
After few mins milk is fully curdled.
* Step 2
Strain the paneer
Sieve all-purpose flour / maida,baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powderand salt together.
Blend the sugar to make a powder now add paneer,fresh cream and vanilla essence and churn it until creamy and fluffy.
* Step 3
Add all-purpose flour and make smooth batter.
Pre heat microwave to 180. c. in convection mode.
Grease and flour a 9 inches round baking cake pans.
Pour the batter into dish.
* Step 4
Bake for 50 mins. in the pre heated microwave.
Now the delicious chocolate sponge cake is ready spread the chocolate syrup and garnish with grated dairy milk and strawberry.
