Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Start by cooking your lechon kawali (see my recipe for this). Cut them in bite size pieces.

* Step 2

Heat up oil in your wok and add the onions and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent. Season it with some fish sauce. Pour the chicken stock into the wok. Let it boil.

* Step 3

Once it's boiling add your noodles and season with oyster sauce. Once the noodles become soft, add your carrots. Lastly, add the cabbage. Season with more fish sauce as needed.
