Cooking instructions

Combine all ingredients except for the wrapper in a bowl and mix well.

Lay a lumpia wrapper on a flat surface. Place 1 tablespoon beef mixture on the center. Fold bottom and sides of the wrapper then roll tightly. Dab edges with water to seal. Repeat with the rest of the beef mixture.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Fry lumpia in batches until golden brown, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain on a wire rack. Let cool for at least 2 minutes. Serve warm with salsa, hot sauce, and sour cream.
