* Step 1

Take a large bowl combine lemon juice,salt,olive oil,brown sugar,pepper and garlic clove to make a dressing.

* Step 2

Take a bowl add apple cubed,pear cubed and mayo and mix well.

* Step 3

Add dressing and mix well.

* Step 4

Serve chilled.
